SSL/TLS on every connection (HTTPS). No data ever travels over the network in plain text.
Encryption at rest (desktop)

Hardware-bound license
RSA-2048 key + unique hardware fingerprinting. Each installation is tied to the authorised device.
Secure authentication
Hashed passwords (bcrypt), HS256-signed JWT sessions with expiry and server-side revocation.
Roles and permissions (RBAC)
7 access levels: each user only sees what they need. No cross-access between organizations.
Automatic backups
Automated daily backups. Restore available at any time on request.

Frequently asked questions
Who can see my data?
Only users in your organization, according to their role. The D2S Consulting team never accesses your data except on an explicit technical support request, and only with your consent.
Where is my data hosted?
On a secure server with SSL encryption. Desktop data is stored locally on your computer, encrypted with SQLCipher.
Can I export my data?
Yes. All reports, customers, quotations, invoices and products can be exported to PDF, Excel and CSV at any time from the dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your paid period. Your data can be exported. It is deleted within 30 days after the subscription ends, unless you request otherwise.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. The desktop app works fully without an internet connection. Data syncs automatically as soon as the connection is restored, with conflict handling.
How are license keys protected?
Each license is generated with a unique RSA-2048 key tied to the device hardware. Activation requires a connection to the server and can be revoked remotely in case of theft.
