The SolarPro Manager website and services are hosted on a secure infrastructure via Dokploy / Traefik, with automatic daily backups.

All elements making up the SolarPro Manager platform (software, text, graphics, logos, icons, sizing algorithms) are the exclusive property of D2S Consulting or are used under a licence granted to D2S Consulting. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the platform's elements, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written permission of D2S Consulting.

D2S Consulting collects personal data in the course of providing its services (name, email, company data). This data is processed in accordance with the legislation in force in Burkina Faso. You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact: contact@solarpromanager.com Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship. If you cancel, your data is deleted within 30 days unless you request otherwise.

Technical cookies: the SolarPro Manager platform uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to work (session, authentication). They do not require consent. Umami (no cookies): we measure traffic with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool served from our own servers. Umami sets no cookies, does not store your IP address and cannot track you across websites. Microsoft Clarity (cookies, subject to consent): if you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit, Microsoft Clarity sets cookies (for example _clck and _clsk) to produce click maps and anonymised session replays that help us improve the site. Clarity is never loaded without your consent. This data is processed by Microsoft under its own privacy policy. Your choice is saved in your browser. D2S Consulting strives to keep the platform available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance may be required. The sizing calculations provided by the platform are estimates for guidance only. D2S Consulting recommends validation by a qualified engineer for large-scale installations.

This legal notice is governed by the law of Burkina Faso. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable settlement, the competent courts of Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
